Like CliffsNotes for My Kitchen — Easy Peasy Feta Cheesy!

Amazing! This cookbook will meet you where you are at in the kitchen (exhausted at the end of the day being circled by hangry family members) with a cheat sheet to a satisfying family dinner experience in truly under an hour, often 30 minutes or less. These recipes feature ingredients you safely have on hand in the fridge or freezer, and then take you somewhere slightly unexpected and adventurous. After poring over this book, I am adding some new staples to my household…like store bought gnocchi, hunks of feta cheese, and a few new sauces that will pack a flavor punch. I’m betting this book gets even more useful if you take the hint to cook and freeze batches of rice or farro, double up on the chimichurri or ranch dressing, get a few extra packages of frozen bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs or slabs of salmon, and opt for the big bag of spinach plus an extra carton of eggs for the week. That is what I am doing, effective immediately.
