This is a beautiful book that covers not just great recipes but reasons for eating clean, not just better. My only negative was that there is no use of any kind of meat.
I cook A LOT and believe eating meat does the body good.
I think I will try almost all of these recipes with the thought of some kind of meat in them.
Desserts are the hardest to find that actually taste like dessert, those of us who were addicted to the world of Krispy Kream or the occasional Snickers/Hershey bar.
But these are wonderful.
