Party Well

This is the kind of cook book that I like; gourmet recipes that are healthy, present beautifully and are easy to make. I had a dinner party last week where I made five of these recipes including the desert. The food was a huge hit and yet no one would have suspected that it was geared towards a "specific carbohydrate diet". Little did they know they were all the healthier for it.
