I was sent the right book, but the earlier version printed in 1989, not the later version as shown. It was well worth a read, Just brilliant. A lot of ideas dealing with core issues, In how to just be YOU and not be somebody else... Slowing down the mind to be able to listen to your body and it's needs.

What a great and pleasent book. I strongly suggest this for everybody, just everybody, teenagers, parents, especially new parents,couples and singles. A very simple guide and explanation on how and why we are responsable for the course of our life, no matter what the past was. I'm a single divorced man, father of a teen and truly enjoyed this reading.

This book is the best one I've read yet. It gave me tools to better my life in all sorts of ways - my relationships - my fears - my health problems.
