So glad I grabbed this when I saw it available. Not only does it have many of the classic Norwegian recipes it includes translations of ingredient names for anyone who doesn't speak the language. Each section includes little extras like the history of food in Norway and why/how some of the recipes came about. Extra bonus, the copy I got is signed by the author!!
