I've used many, many recipes from these three books over many years and highly recommend them. Most recipes are simple, easy to make, and delicious! I wore out three individual paperback copies of these books so was delighted to find that they had been put together in one hardcover book. I've had my copy for some time and ordered this one for my sister who was thrilled to get it! It is, alas, out of print so you will have to search, but it's well worth the chase.
