Great sandwiches book!

There is a lot of choices of all sort of sandwiches ! I even found an old recipe that I ate in the little Arabic shops in France 40 years ago : Tunisian sandwich.It is a brick ( real name).and so many more . Emery’s is an hidden gem and not unhealthy as some think !
