This Neels tale of the rich, good-looking, Dutch Doctor and the plain British Nurse is a must read for any Neels fan. The story involves two patients with two different medical issues throwing the characters together and two different misunderstandings keeping them apart. Sometimes friends are friendlier if they don't meddle, especially when the actions are negative. Rolf and Sappha van Duyren from "Tangled Autumn" appear; they are friends of Giles ter Ossel.
