Evil personified!

I bought this book not knowing anything about the author. I just picked it up to have something to read. I couldn't put it down. The main character, Mickey, is so evil it's really hard to imagine. You can't wait to read what happens next, as well as dread to read about it! Claire and her lover, the handsome and rich Dr. Black, are just as interesting, but not nearly as creepy!

I read this book so fast , I couldn't put it down. Linda Ladd is among the best of the best. I can only wonder where she gets her ideas. I really like Claire Morgan and her sarcastic attitude. I can't wait for the next book to come out. She can't write fast enough to suit me. This book sort of left you hanging at the end. I would have felt a little better if Thomas had been found dead but I'm wondering if he will be popping up in the next book of murder and mayham. I will be watching closely for that next book.
