An excellent book to keep next to your thesaurus and dictionary

The most valuable tool for nurses, there should be no used copies available anywhere. This great little book should be reviewed again and again. Of particular importance to the mostly female dominated discipline of nursing is Dr. Baergen's 'Overview of the Issues" section. Unless we are able to recognize our own inherent moral relativism and move forward into moral objectivism we will be forever bound in ignorance to individual moral standards and mistakenly apply them to our practice. His clear and precise treatise on the differences and arguments of both views will once and for all define the current cultural shortcomings of arbitrary morality. Only then can nurses willfully filter out moral relativism and move to a higher professional practice. The essays that make up each chapter offer a greater understanding of complex medical ethical issues. Also included are Dr. Baergen's Glossary of Philosophical and Medical Terms. It is an excellent resource, as are end of chapter suggestions for further readings.
