Good basic guide to test and practice remote viewing with lots of useful notes on potential difficulties and how to mitigate them. The main take away is that by quieting your conscious mind, the subconscious can provide the answer. There are lots of good tips on the many ways your consciousness can get in the way, drown out, or even distort the answers your subconscious provides. Very thorough, in-depth and insightful.

This book is helpful to the person who wants to learn a model of psychic functioning and get familiar withe psychic self. It is also helpful for creatives who wish to allow the unconscious to emerge into awareness more freely. Ingo Swann is easy to read and easy to like.
