I am currently reading this book as part of a Catholic women's Bible study. It has been really fantastic to learn and grow in knowledge of the Catechism and of the Biblical basis for the sacraments of the Church. Starting out, you really just want to keep going, really fast. But take the time to really digest and reflect on each chapter/meditation - this discipline will come in useful in later chapters. As always, Fr. Groeschel's reflections are amazing, and very helpful. In each chapter, there is a quote for meditation that comes from popes, saints, authors, and more, and they are always spot on. This book is highly recommended for individual or group use, and I am looking forward to tackling the other books in the series.
Great study!

I'm doing this study to broaden my horizon into the Catholic world. It works along side the Bible and the Catechism and has short meditations that all together I can do in twenty minutes. I've learned a lot through this and enjoy sharing the stuff I've learned with my husband. This particular book is over the sacraments, Baptism, Confirmation, so on. It's really detailed and the meditation questions make you think of things that you normally wouldn't think of...really makes you apply it to your world as you live now. Great study! Great book! Great job!
