This book is fantastic at exactly what it is trying to be. But it's not for everybody. If you're in a high level company leadership type position than it's a great read for you. I think it is definitely aimed at executive types. Some of the stories are fun, but that's not the purpose of the book.
My wife who is an executive director at a big manufacturing company loved it and says that it really changed her view in a positive way. For me, a stay-at-home Dad, meh It was a little bit interesting and a little bit boring.
