F is for Forgiveness: Supporting children's mental and emotional release by teaching them how forgiveness makes you free.

A children's book designed to teach and help children learn large concepts at an early age. As a mental health professional and complex PTSD specialist, it's imperative that we nourish the emotional wellness for kids. Too often are teens and adults seen struggling to overcome major obstacles in their lives simply because self-regulation strategies weren't talked about or modeled enough while growing up.
