Go-to Birthday Gift

This book, along with some nice colored pencils, has been my go-to birthday gift for younger girls. My daughter loves her copy. We keep one in the car for trips or when we're stuck somewhere with no entertainment for the kids. It's open-ended but has enough guidance to get the child's creativity flowing.

I am a COTA (Occupational Therapy) working in a school district with mostly k-2nd grade. I use this for children to practice drawing, coloring, tracing and cutting. The children enjoy adding their own personal touches and drawing in pictures on pages that require you to add something. It is a nice tool to add to the occupational therapy practice and children who enjoy coloring and drawing will enjoy this book.
