I loved this book so immensely. There's so many different practical coping mechanisms explained clearly in this book and easy to do and understand meditation techniques that require nothing but time and willingness to be present. In applying some of the ideas he writes about in this book, I've truly managed to take my anxiety and stress levels down from a 9 to 10 to a steady 2 or 3, which is mind blowing. Now even in the most stressful of situations I can pause and relax my body, which is the greatest gift anybody could have ever given me. I don't know what I would have done without this book, it truly saved my life.
