Celebrating the Camden Town scene from 2005-2010 of wild nights in and out in London's Rock n Roll suburb. After a successful exhibition at the Doomed Gallery in London and reviewed by i-D Magazine and The Observer Arts both hailed it "Wild Nights in Noughties Camden" it has now been turned into a book. Robert Lang playfully captured moments in the young girls and boys lives on their wild nights outs and in around Camden in the early naughties. The resulting images encapsulate an inhibited moment in time, they transport us into the scene; they hand us a can of Red Stripe and invite us to dress up, roll up and worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. The women ooze raw female empowerment and guttural feral vivaciousness. "We crawled the nightlife and house parties documenting the nights". It was quite the time to be living in Camden when everything was Indie, Rock, Punk, Vintage and we never left Camden to go out anywhere else. I always carried a camera, so I was always photographing. Everything was very natural and organic. These women were smart, fashionable and witty; they represented everything about our period at that time in London."
