Finding Faeryland: An Otherworldly Adventure

What happens when a band of kids embark on a quest to find the faeries ...

... and the faeries find them?

10-year-old Widge Pennemar has done some amazing things in his young life. As a top-notch adventurer he's conquered Huckleberry Hill, the abandoned lot next to the library. He has navigated his imagination in the Pennemar-One space capsule and hunted Long John Silver's Treasure (it's too bad they got hold of the wrong map).

This year, Widge aims to check 'Faery Hunter' off his list of accomplishments and a summer vacation to Dragon Valley is the perfect place to make it happen. Dragon Valley's reputation, however, has seen better days.

Undaunted, Widge, alongside his brother, Tawno, and their sister, Mirela, trek into the Toooscundally Woods where Widge encounters perilous warnings and otherworldly magic. The tables turn when they find themselves in a losing battle to save the naysayers (Brinius and Poto) from the magic of a faery circle-

-but it's too late

The naysayers have disappeared

And they've taken Tawno with them
