I hardly ever read books cover to cover. However, Pruitt's combination of crime fiction and car racing is impossible to put down.Pruitt not only has an excellent grasp of dialogue and plot and character development but detailed knowledge about car racing. I am also in love with Pruitt's character Trish whoose determination to write a good story should inspire every journalist.I can't wait to read Checkered Flag.
