this book is quite good in that it touches upon the origin of actionscript and gives insight into how it relates with other programming languages. its a must have for anyone really wanting to understand the ins and outs of actionscript and how to develop good coding standards.the book basically gives an example of some code and then breaks it down in a few pages, so theres a lot of info into how each example code was written and how it can be used in the readers own scripts. this is not a cut and paste book, but a concepts book!
