The Williams-Sonoma Soup book is great to have on hand for the specialty soups that one doesn't make everyday. Great to serve friends and family, something special and unique.

Each delicious recipie has a picture and is made with a short list of normal inexpensive ingredients that you can actually find. There's a really good variety here, and there's only one in the whole book that I don't want to try. This book has inspired my family to have "soup night" at least one night each week. The section on soups to store is a great alternative to keeping over-salted canned soup in the pantry, providing a healthy quick meal for kids.
