Ok, I guess Sonja totally over looked the crazy Heart family and just loved her man! She did not start out like that, let me tell you! Cole had some serious ground to make up for, and that he did!! Nice read!

I truly enjoyed reading Ms. Mason's latest book.I found both Cole and Sonja to be very sympathetic characters. I particularly enjoyed the family battles. They could give General Hospital's patriarchial family the Quartermaines a run for the money. The family infighting, the backstabbing and greed was too much. I loved Uncle Jimmy who had a way of just stirring up trouble. There were certain scenes that I just could not stop laughing at,especially the boardroom scenes. I look forward to reading more of Ms. Mason's work

This is a really great story. It's an experience to read Felicia Mason's work. She is one of the great storytellers. "BUY THE BOOK!" I promise you won't be disappointed.

This book was a love story/mystery/real life!! The legacy of the Heart family was built upon nothing but betrayal and lies. Cole Heart stood out from the rest of his family. I admired in this novel in his pursuit to keep his family's chain of stores successful. It took a lot of guts for Sonja to tell Cole the truth, but it worked out for the better. I was so glad the truth finally came about Cole's cousin and Aunt Justine. I must admit it kind of threw me for a loop a first, because I thought that Cole and Sonja were indeed brother and sister. However, the story had a beautiful ending with Cole and Sonja staying together despite the turmoil surrounding them. Excellent novel!!!!!
