I loved this book!!!!!! It is fun, thoughtful and real. Easy reading. Anyone who doesn't like it, is taking everything far tooooo seriously. I buy one for every Mother of the Groom. It really is the only thing that is just for her! I saw the author do an interview on WFMZ in Allentown.PA. The interviewer was a bride to be and highly recommended the book as well and said she understood her own soon to be Mother of the Groom because she read the book. My good friend has three duaughters and said that she will be a better Mother of the Bride because she read the book. I never knew that when your son gets married it is a totaly male experience, even for the Mother of the Groom! This book helped me laugh during the trying times and now that the wedding is over, my new daughter - in law is still talking to me!! Thank you Mary Martin!!
