I've had this book for years but never tried it. I just had a baby and needed to lose that last 5 lbs but didn't want to wait. So, I started the diet. I did change it up a little though. Most of the meals involve green beans which I hate so I had Broccolli instead. Also, I had applesauce instead of Apples. AND your not supposed to snack at all which is very hard for me since I am a huge snacker so I did allow myself one or two snacks a day (2 sugar free cookies or 1 piece of string cheese). Anyway, I am on day 3 of the diet and when I weighed myself this morning I had lost 3 lbs! Only 2 more to go. I would reccommend this book to anyway who has a little they want to lose fast or a lot that they want to start to lose. This will definetly give you the motivation you need to continue on a long term diet!
