Five stars because the scale doesn't go higher

This is a collection of four stories: The Furies, The Graveyard Heart, A Rose for Ecclesiastes, and The Doors of His Face, The Lamps of His Mouth. These stories represent some of Zelazny's best work, and if you are unfamiliar with Zelazny that means these are the masterpieces of a master. Rose and Doors have been widely printed in other volumes, and if I remember correctly Graveyard Heart makes a rare appearance elsewhere as well. I have never seen The Furies anywhere but here, and its arguably the best of the lot. Which is all a long-winded way of saying that if you already have these stories, there is no reason to buy this volume. But if you don't... ...If you don't, you are in for a real treat.
Crop of four good 'uns

These are all good stories, indeed some of Zelazny's finest. On a purely practical note, all four are included in the current iBook edition of 'The Doors of His Face, the Lamps of His Mouth', which is in print currently, and also features some of Zelazny's shorter and less well-known stories.
Four for Tomorrow

In Four for Tomorrow, Roger Zelazny gives the reader some of his best work, EVER. The Furies, The Graveyard Heart,"The Doors of His Face, The Lambs of His Mouth," and A Rose for Ecclesiastes grace this book. Four for Tomorrow easy stands up to time, published in 1967, and it's importance continues to shine. There is something in each of these stories that will draw you back to this book. I read it straight through, twice in the same week. You can certainly place this book beside Lord of Light as one of Roger Zelazny's greatest works. If you can get your hands on a copy of this treasure, sell the dog, it's worth it.
