Freedom Bird, Fiction? NOT! This book was written by a Vietnam combat Vetern. We were called boonie rats because we fought in the low lands and the jungle looking for the enemy day and night. We would spend weeks in the bush, very little time with the civilized troops in the rear. Our lives depended on each other and our personal skills. Only one name in the book is not fictitious. I live in the central part of the USA and not far from a town that has the two story outhouse! You will know Dennis, the people he fought with and me by reading this first hand account of a combat Vet. I gave Dennis all legal rights to use my name and Iam very proud to be friends with him now. Good luck Dennis. To All you readers, enjoy!
