Great Tart Aux Citron recipe

After living 6 months in Paris, I really wanted to try and recreate something like the dessert heaven I was in! I give this 4 stars because it does not have a recipe for Creme Brulee! I like a recipe book that has a picture for every recipe. It includes many of the popular typical french desserts, just not Creme Brulee. I find the layout and directions excellent. I think the recipes would be fairly authentic, and they are surprisingly simple when you have everything mise en place :) I am very happy with my creations using this book, Mmmmm mmmmm!
