I was very satisfied purchasing from this seller, I left an email and was answered the same day I made the purchase. I asked for it to be shipped faster so I could get it for a final report. I received the book within the same week I purchased it. She is also very good at emailing a person which can be rare when shopping online. Thanks again for the positive transaction.

This book is very cool, and it brings you to the ideas and thoughts of the author. She was just coming into the field of child welfare and she sdescribed her situations with parents, children and coworkers very well. This is a well written book, and if you are considering working in this field , you should read this book first. She talks about how unfair the law can be when providing for childrens care and familial details. She also goes on about the work setting and how it can be stressful. She fell in love with the children and thats the important thing. It won my heart as well. Great book

I used this book in my class. We were covering protective services and child abuse and it was very very helpful. It gave the students something to sink their teeth into. Good supplemental text, I recommend it.
