This isn't a new book; it has been around for a while. I discovered it at my local library and had to have a copy. I do not eat meat and also cannot tolerate gluten so this book covers both areas. It has some wonderful gluten free recipes in it. I have tried about a half-dozen so far and all have turned out good.
