Trusted by thousands of radiology residents, students, and clinicians, the "pink book" continues to be the perfect first book for essential, easily accessible information in skeletal imaging.... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I'm a radiology resident, and tried to read many musculoskeletal books, all quite abrangent, but hard to read. I found incredible how Dr. Helms could make such a syntesis of musculoskeletal radiology. Of course many chapters are too small. For example, the chapter about MR in shoulder is insuficient. But other chapters, like the chapter about MR in the examination of the knee is amazingly complete in an incredible small number of pages!

It is a great small book. Although I am not a great fan of mnemonics it can be an everyday easy to find reference for skeletal imaging.

I found this a great primer of skeletal radiology as a 1st yr resident and an unbeatable review for the radiology boards. It's easy to read, and easy to memorize.
