After winning the school MVP award as the partner of mysterious student Kazuki Endo, unremarkable student Keita Ito is allowed to remain in the legendary Bell Liberty School. Soon after, Kazuki reveals that he is the school's Director and Keita's beloved 'Kazu-nii' from his childhood.
Gakuen Heaven Endo Calling You Volume 3 (Kazuki and Keita)
Published by C.M. Bishop , 1 year ago
Volume 3 picks up not long after the end of the anime. Kazuki and Keita are living their daily peaceful lives—yeah, right—until the new vice chairman Munehiro Kagami comes into the picture, and Keita is roped into being the Silver Bell Festival's coordinator. Kazuki also has his own problems to cope with, like his father wanting him to leave the school or Kagami spreading rumors about the Chairman, stirring the pot, and turning the school on its side. Kagami changes the students’ morale because of the fake Chairman’s proposal, pinning student against student. How will Keita react when Kagami claims he is holding Kazuki back from moving on to other positions in the Suzubishi company? Plus, the threat of Kazuki being removed as Chairman and replaced by Kagami may be too vast for Kazuki to overcome. Kazuki’s fate hangs in the balance of the Bell Liberty students’ performance at the Silver Bell Festival. Keita tries to bottle up all his anxieties inside for fear of losing Kazuki forever. Can Keita's idea for the festival and everyone's teamwork save Kazuki's future at Bell Liberty? Or will Kazuki and Keita be torn apart forever?
Regardless of the dark mood that hangs above the young couple's heads, there are some delightful moments. It's cute how Shinomiya takes care of Iwai. Kazuki's and Keita's date scene is so adorable. Chairman Kazuki's words are so moving to the whole school, and the chemistry between Kazuki and Keita is so exquisite. You Higuri has created a masterpiece manga between Kazuki and Keita. I wish there were more content for these two young men. I love reading about Gakuen Heaven, and I hope the series continues for many years. I have reread this book and will continue to reread it for many years to come.
