A Fascinating Read!

This is one of the best romance collections I have ever read. All of the stories were fascinating, and none of them followed what I call a standard romance format. The greatest thing about it was that the first story was written about a certain area in Germany during medieval times, then each story progressed forward to contemporary times, still centered around the same area. Wonderful premise! The characters were believable, and the history was excellent. There were facts included that I had never heard, especially about the German participation in the Revolutionary War. I chose this book because I really enjoy books that are set in countries other than the US, and I was not disappointed with it on any front.
