German Lyrics
A collection of German poems by the Austrian poet, Anastasius Gr n, translated into English by Charles Timothy Brooks. Gr n was a major figure in the Young Germany movement of the mid 19th century and his poetry was popular for its social themes and simple language. This collection includes some of his most famous pieces.
