This book is a very good compilation of different aspects. What is a leader, what is communication, what is a group. Very nice to read so many aspects concerning good groups. It has a lot of Christian references but the experienced (non Christian) reader is able to read around this. I think this is a must read for everybody that wants to communicate or wants to operate in a group.
