Going Home

Lois doesn't hate her father. She just doesn't like the way he makes her go to church. At her first chance, she gets married and leaves home. Now she must go home. She has no choice. That of course means going to church. The reason she doesn't want to go to church is that she finds all the stories she's learned there so unbelievable. Considering that she has three children, they have to attend church too. It is a lot to put up with, and she doesn't like it.In the years that she has been away, there is a new preacher at the little church, which complicates matters.Regardless, Lois digs her feet in and determines that there is no way any preacher is going to convert her. ...and she has an advantage. In her younger years she went to church three times a week and attended Sunday school. She knew the Bible far better than most. She knew all the quotations backward and forward. There was no way she was going to blindsided; certainly not the young new preacher. This book is greatly different from any of my other books. I think you will enjoy it. I know you will find it very thought provoking. Some may get angry with it. Some might find several points of disagreement. If you read it to completions, it will make you think.
