This book is not out of print, the 16th edition just came out in June 2003, with updated information on places to visite and things to do with children in the Washington, DC area. It is a must when planning a trip to the Nation's Capital! If you can't find it in a book store, you can order it from Green Acres School in Rockville, Maryland.

I can't say enough good things about this book. I live in the DC area and use this book on a daily basis in the summer. My only wish is that they would print an updated version. The book is easy to use and provides you with accurate and relevant information. It is chock full of ideas from day trips to ways to fill an hour or so. The information is indexed by place and type of activity so anything you wish to do is easily found. I live here and never knew there were so many fun, often free things to do.
