WHO RESCUES PRINCE?

The mission in Cutter Gap, in the Great Smokies, lacks sufficient funds to continue operating unless something can be done. It is reluctantly decided that Prince, the beautiful, three year old black stallion must be sold. The children in the mission school are heart broken, especially, Ruby Mae, the best rider in Cutter Gap. Even Lundy, the school's overgrown bully seems crushed. To make the children feel better, Christy suggests that they make a quilt-like saddle blanket. They have no material, so they cut squares out of the sleeves of their clothes and fashion the saddle blanket. Lundy, crafts a halter for Prince out of scraps begged from his father. The day for Prince to be sold at auction arrives. David assures the children that he'll make certain that Prince finds a good home, but it was not to be. Will Prince be rescued? Were the methods used acceptable? You decide! Does God sometimes intervene in unusual ways?
