Absolutely darling!

We got this out of the library and now I need to buy it for my son, 2 1/2. The pictures are darling, if simple. The book is charming and it teaches colors with a cute story. The teddy bear gets dressed as a pirate as the bird gets ready for bed. My son even likes to look at it backwards to watch them switch again. My five year old daughter loves it too. We're almost beyond board books but this one is so loved by our whole family (even grandma and grandpa think it's wonderful!) that we have to buy it so the library copy can go back for other people to enjoy.
