Writes about a lot of contributing factors. The author also writes about actual patients, explains their cases, and the solutions. That makes the book lengthier (300+ pages), but makes it a lot easier to understand, and more entertaining too. I would recommend it not only for people with sleep problems, but for anybody, who wants to understand these things better, and wants to learn, how to get the most out of the night and the day.
