Grandma Rides a Harley This is my favorite children's book--I am a grandmother who rides her own Fat Boy Harley Davidson motorcycle. My little grandson has always been fascinated by my motorcycle. He loves to pretend he is riding a motorcycle. He has all the right safety gear, too. I bought this book for him when he was 2, and he still loves it at age 4. He pretends the lady in the book is his grandmother. This is the only children's book that I have found about a women riding her own bike. It would be great for little girls, too. It presents women riders in a positive way.

This story has a good message for young(and not so young) woman. That you are free to express who you are, enjoy life and riding as much as anyone.

This book is beautifully written, and has a great storyline. We also purchased Grandpa Rides a Harley, and had to have this one also.
