My mother bought this book for me when I was in kindergarten, and at 17, I still enjoy glancing through it, and still find myself laughing at some of the illustrations.'The Great Art Adventure' details two children's journey through an art museum- Bob Knox's illustrations are amusing and creative. For instance, he takes a Greecian urn and recreates it with an image of people in line at a ticket booth instead of the original image of athletes preparing for a contest. This is a wonderful book for teaching children to appreciate art, and it's an amusing glance-through for older people as well.
