Very good book to read for parents and gymnasts. It covers basics of gymnastics and mental gymnastics training as well. It's written in the way you don't get bored by reading it. I think author has a good understanding of gymnastics and wants the reader to understand involvement in the sport of gymnastics.

This book has a lot of useful information for the beginning parent who wants to learn more about the sport. It covered a variety of aspects, from finding the right gymnastics club to the mental and physical preparation of a competing gymnast.

I think that very gymnast needs this book because it helps you w/ what to pack in your gym bag to how to aid hurt parts of your body to the cost of grips & etc.

We found this book to be very educational. It's a great resource for inspiring gymnast giving them a realistic view of the sport. It's also a reality check for the parent. A fantastic guide and a must have book for those who are serious about the sport!

This book was a great guide for me. From it I learned basic moves, saftey skills, costs for differant programs, and it showed how to write a sample resume for my futur in gymnastics!
