Civil Procedure: Cases and Problems

A narrative overview opens Civil Procedure: Cases and Problems with a hypothetical case that illustrates each of the major topics in the course. Subsequent chapters are similarly arranged--from finding a court that can obtain jurisdiction over the defendants, to the binding effect of a final judgment.
