This was given to me as a gift.
Being familiar with Super Simple; this is merely an update of that. A fair amount of recipes included here are just remakes of what was in the first book with a few ingredient changes or swaps.
None of this is too challenging for a novice home cook: another reason it will be regifted.
What galls is how women of color continue to be underrepresented in this publishing genre while others slide with rehashed content.
