It has pictures of all connecting parts from your hands and feet and very very very easy to understand.You can look up a body part and find where to massage to help it.. If you are into this type of therapy or starting into massage or reflexology. THIS IS THE BEST BOOK TO HAVE. Also a great gift. If you understand a little about reflexology you can help maintain and repair problems inside your body. BUT Once you work on an area it may take 12 to 18 hours for blood to circulate to that area.(IT'S REALLY ALL ABOUT CIRCULATION) All your veins go through your hands and feet so this is a way to find and help problems.Doctors should be making there patients keep this book handy.
