Handbook of the Psychology of Aging

If studying Gerontology this handbook is a must. In the west, as a culture, we view aging with a jaundice eye, and whether we like it or not most of us will age well past our grandparents and perhaps even past our parents. Spending 30/40 years in a negative state of mind regarding our chronological age and all that will encompass is at this point ridiculous, and counterproductive to an opportunity humanity has never had before.
