This book is to the point informing the reader of the pluses & minuses of property ownership and management. Though novice owners may choose it as a reference guide, those of us who have blundered without help and learned the hard way should appreciate its depth and insight. The veteran investor has already found that the authors' assertions are correct--- property management is complex business and should be supported by professionals.

As a busy rental property owner Happy About Apartment Management's 71 pages and bullet point format appealed to me. I was able to read the book in 1 hour and immediately followed its advice of being very strict on rental collections- I e-mailed my new tenant reminding him that rent will soon be due.
