Must have cookbook for all Anglophiles.

American's tend to poo-poo British cooking and if you do too, then read no further. And if you are a Brit, you probably don't need this book. But if you are an American and love food, this is a delighful way to learn how to cook some typically English meals. There are lots of pictures and the recipes don't require your spice rack look like the back wall of Adrian's Caravan. Many of the recipes are quite simple and the results are rewarding. And the book comes in handy if, say, friends drop by with a brace of rabbit! Cheers.
