Harvest of Love

Phil Sparks doesn't think that he's ever going to find anyone to be with after the tragic accident that took both of his parents' life. His parents' lifelong work and pride and joy was the Sparks' farm and an unprepared Phil inherited it, knowing that he would have to make it work if he wanted to keep his parents' legacy alive. But that meant sacrificing almost everything, including the possibility of having a relationship with a man who he might fall in love with. Living in the middle of nowhere, being a small business owner, and being chronically single has meant that good-looking Phil hasn't managed to find anyone steady, though hook-ups are never a problem. That is until he meets Isaac Foster Weaver, an adorable guy who wants to buy some watermelons at the farmers' market. But Foster needs a job more than he needs a boyfriend and Phil needs all the help he can get, so he decides that hiring him is a better idea. Foster's overprotective mother doesn't think that he should be spending the summer alone in his college town and is pressuring him to go on a cruise with her and his stepdad. In a bid for independence, Foster says that he will find a job if that means he won't have to go on a cruise with her. After he gets a job at the Sparks' farm, he realizes that he's quickly falling in love with his boss, but he doesn't want to disrupt the fragile ecosystem of their employee/employer relationship, especially when Phil makes it very clear that they are never going to sleep together. No matter how much either one of them wants to. And they both really, really want to. That suits Foster nicely, due to the secret that he's keeping close to his chest. But he's not sure if he's going to be able to keep his hands off his boss, and he isn't sure if his boss will be able to keep his word either. Please Note: This book contains adult language & steamy adult activities, it is intended for 18+ Adults Only. Novel, approx. 80,000 words in length. HEA (happy ever after ending). Does not end with a "cliffhanger".
