You must know by now since you ve heard it at least a million times since kindergarten that eating too much junk food and other poor quality, empty-calorie foods, will make you look and feel lousy and ruin your health. And you also know that eating a balanced diet will help keep you healthy and looking good. But did you know that there are foods that actually heal? Harassed by hay fever? This book is great! It explains complex terminology in simple terms, and it advises natural, unprocessed, whole foods eating. I was very happy to read that the author recommends organic, local, and whole foods. This book would be great for anyone who would like to stop getting sick, have more energy, and learn more about nutrition.

Just after reading the first couple of chapters, I started eating healthier! This book has a great wealth of information on how to choose, cook, and eat healthier foods. I especially found the lists of food brands that were more natural and organic very helpful when I went to the market. There are some good recipes in here too. Give it a try! You'll never look at food the same way again!
